What is Hip Hop?
Hip Hop moves are based on the more open style of the Hip-Hop you
see in music videos featuring Pink, J'Lo and Janet Jackson. Classes
are fun and challenging! Be ready to sweat!

Also known as Funk, Hip Hop covers a wide range of styles including
popping, locking and old school. MTV is your best reference, though
you might also want to watch Flashdance to get an idea of what old
school is. With many different styles of Hip Hop and Funk around,
try each class to benefit!
